DETAIL: A continued rash of wintry showers will affect Western and South West Scotland in the next few days with significant accumulations to higher ground, especially North West of the Great Glen in the North West Highlands on Monday evening. To lower levels, accumulations will be slight but some icy patches could form on untreated roads and surfaces. For eastern parts of Scotland it will remain drier with only a few showers from Monday evening on wards however in the East there will be some wintry showers tonight and with falling temperatures that brings a risk of Ice.
