Combines real-time radar extrapolation using nowcasting techniques & physics-based precipitation type algorithms with guidance from the HARMONIE high-resolution weather model to produce high-resolution radar-based forecasts at 5-minute intervals for the next hour and 15-minute intervals to 6 hours ahead.
