It’s been an absolute scorcher across the continent and some of that heat will be affecting the UK tomorrow, with southern and eastern England seeing temperatures well into the 30s, however it will steadily become less hot by Sunday here.
Over the Channel things have been quite extreme, France has had it’s hottest day on record with highs reaching a stifling 45.9C, a very dangerous temperature, and was recorded in the Gallargues-le-Monteux region, in southern France.

Forecast: on Saturday, tomorrow, the heat is expected to continue, however the core of the most intense heat will shift towards south western France. Meanwhile, the UK will be hotting up, reaching the low to mid 30s by the afternoon. Chart: theweatheroutlook.com:
Although central, western and northern France will steadily cool down through next week, the south east of the region will retain onto a small pocket of heat. Code RED warnings have been issued by the French government for the heat in the south, and it’s important that you abide by these warnings for safety purposes. Much of Central Europe will remain hot to, so if you are going on holiday, take extra care to keep your core body temperature at a safe level.
