State of Emergency Declared in Newfoundland after 3-4ft of snow falls
A major blizzard has hit Newfoundland, Canada. Around 2-3ft has accumulated in some areas, leading to some dangerous conditions. An area of rain, sleet and snow is currently affecting the Midlands and Northern England. To lower levels, it’s primarily rain with some sleet mixed in.
