We regret to inform passengers that all Thomas Cook flights have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled after the airline entered administration this morning. For further information please visit thomascook.caa.co.uk. There is also a dedicated phone line: 0300 303 2800 from in the UK, and +44 1753 330330 from overseas.

Many are currently “stranded” abroad. This information has been published regarding “Operation Matterhorn” that will work to bring stranded customers back to the UK.
