The well – loved store of our childhoods could be coming back to the UK after last minute cancellations to sell the company to a U.S. owner.
Plans to sell the intellectual property rights of Toys R Us were shown to have been cancelled last minute on court filings and with plans to revitalize the brand internationally, this could potentially mean a regeneration of the brand in the U.S and the potential for a revival in the UK.
Lenders have placed plans to expand it’s international presence, and hopefully this will include reintroduction in the UK at some point in the next few years, we can only hope. This however is a step in the right direction for those of you that loved this store!
